After the recent changes in the syllabus and changes in the examination patterns of the 3 year and 5 year B.L.,/LLB., courses of Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Karnataka State Law University and Other Law Universities, the answering of problems have become compulsory in all the University question papers.

Since we, as Authors of Usha Jagantha Law Series who have dedicated our services to the study of law by law students and others, with a view to help them to know and understand as how to answer the problems, we have answered 172 problems, which have been asked in the previous year University questions.A thorough study of these solved problems will not only help the students to grasp the law/sections applicable to the problems but also understand the applications of law to the everyday practical life of human beings.We do hope that as law students, you will welcome and appreciate our efforts publishing a separate book namely Solved Problems as Volume II on all subjects of legal studies. We also hope that this Volume II edition namely Solved Problems on Law of Torts will receive a welcome response from the student community and the lawyers as well.
