Answer:

A has committed the offence of abetment to commit suicide of a person under 18 years of age, under Sec. 305 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per Sec. 305 of the Indian Penal Code, if any person abets the suicide of any person under 18 years of age and if such person commits suicide, then he is punishable with death or  imprisonment for life or imprisonment upto 10 years and also fine.

Abetment means encouraging or instigating a person to commit a crime. So in the above problem, A has committed the offence of abetment to commit suicide of B.
