We, “UJLS”family introduce ourselves as one of the leading law book publishers in India. We have been pioneers in Law Book Publications since 1980. ‘UshaJaganath Law Series’ has been acknowledged by the legal fraternity as the most student-friendly books among the available Law Books .In our books, even the most complex legal sentences, maxims etc., in the Bare Acts and Court Judgments have been presented in an easy, understandable and simple language.

Currently we have published more than 100 subjects totally in English, Tamil and kannada. Mr. P. Jaganathan

Author and Advocate

Advocate/Professor P. Jaganathan, a native of Madurai, completed his law degree in 1975 from the Madras University. He secured Madras University First Rank in the First year law course and excelled in his legal studies by securing University rank in all the three years of law course. He secured a maximum number of awards and medals in the three year law course. He was the awardee of Sir Morehead law prize, Sir William Ayling Memorial Prize, Sir Venkatesam Gold Medal, Bardswell Law Prize, Rotary club law scholarship, Madras Law College Rolling Shield, etc. He has a masters in law of Contracts including Mercantile Law and a master’s degree in Administrative and Labour Laws, besides his Master’s degree in Criminology and Police administration, Master’s degree in Marketing Management and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an active legal practitioner in Civil laws, Banking and Insurance.

Mrs. Usha Jaganathan

Co-Author and Counselling

Mrs. UshaJaganathan, the Co-Author and Publisher of UshaJaganath Law Series, joined hands with Mr. Jaganathan in authoring the law series, after graduating in law from Bangalore University. She has contributed to a large extent in translating the English editions into Tamil. Besides a Master’s degree in Contracts including Mercantile law, she has to her credit a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Philosophy and Religion. Apart from being an author, she is active in psychological counselling and resolution of family issues.

Mr. J.P. Arjun

Author and Advocate

Mr. J.P.Arjun, M.A., M.B.A., M.L. (Contracts including Mercantile law), M.L. (Labour and Administrative Law), besides his active legal practice, he is in the legal panel of Corporate institutions. He is also a co-author of our law series and brought laurels to the books by his innovative approach like separate books for problems in each subject, Law books in Kannada for students of Karnataka, On line Coaching Classes, Counselling, Advocate Training, Study Materials for All India Bar Examinations, Civil Judge examination for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and Public Prosecutor Competitive examination, etc.

She is a Co-author and part of the team of authors of UshaJaganath Law series. Her valuable contribution in updating and editing the law books is very commendable.
