Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

• The candidate must be a citizen of india

2. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Relaxation in Age Limit:
  • SC/ST candidates: Up to 5 years
  • OBC candidates: Up to 3 years
  • Persons with Disabilities (PWD): Up to 10 years

3. Educational Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
• The candidate must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India or with a Bar Council in any state.

4. Language Proficiency

• The candidate must be proficient in Malayalam, as the judiciary functions in Malayalam in Kerala.

5. Additional Criteria

• Good Moral Character: The candidate should have no criminal charges or pending cases against them.
• Experience: There is no specific requirement for prior experience, but candidates with legal practice experience can also apply.
