Refund and Returns Policy

1. Book & Product Orders

• Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Online/Offline Courses

• Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of payment and before course materials are accessed.

• If materials have been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
