By accessing or using our website https://ujls.in and purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, designs, and materials on the Site (including but not limited to books, study guides, course materials, images, and website design) are owned by UJLS or its authors and are protected by copyright laws. No content may be reproduced without our prior written consent.

3. Use of Website
You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any products or course content without permission.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR and may be changed without prior notice. Payments must be completed before order dispatch or course enrolment.

5. Limitation of Liability
UJLS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

At Usha Jaganath Law Series, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund terms carefully:

1. Physical Books & Printed Materials

  • Cancellations can be made before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, no cancellation or refund will be entertained unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

  • Damaged/defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

2. Digital Products (e-Books, PDFs, Video Courses)

  • No refund will be issued once the product has been delivered or access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.

  • In case of technical issues preventing access, we will assist in resolving the problem or provide a replacement.

3. Offline & Online Courses

  • Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of payment and before accessing course materials.

  • If course materials have been downloaded or classes attended, no refund will be granted.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be made to the same bank account after verification.
